No one knows Serathis' true name — the one she bears today is the title bestowed upon her after the Great Battle of the Obsidian Plains, when she defeated three kings with a single glance and a dagger.

Her hybrid nature — elven in mind, serpentine in body — is not a curse but a gift. The tail that coils upon itself carries the strength of a hundred warriors; her pointed ears catch every whisper a thousand paces away; her eyes see in absolute darkness as in full light. The skull at her feet is not a trophy — it is a warning.

Serathis does not rule with fear. She rules with the absolute certainty that no one, ever, could challenge her and live to tell the tale.
