Alex Murphy was an honest police officer in a Detroit on the verge of collapse. Brutally murdered by Clarence Boddicker's gang, his body was chosen by the OCP corporation as the basis for the first cybernetic police prototype. Thus, RoboCop was born — half man, half machine, all cop.
Behind the titanium armor and advanced combat protocols, Murphy's memory still survives: a father, a husband, a man who believed in justice. The statue captures the iconic moment when RoboCop stands relentless, ready to defend the weak against every threat.
